Credit card instructions:

1. Login to the Members Lounge

2. Click the Store link

3. Add the number of 2-Pack kits you want

4. Scroll up to the top and click Checkout

5. Confirm your cart has the correct number of items and click the Finish Order button

6. Confirm your shipping address, if incorrect, click the "Go to address maintenance" link and make corrections.

7. Click Process Order button

8. Review Order Summary for accuracy and click the Purchase button

9. On the Order Pay Method page add your card by clicking "Click here to enter your Credit Card Details." and a new window will open. Choose credit card from the payment type drop-down menu and enter your card details. Be sure to click the SAVE link at the bottom. You can now close this window and return to the Order Pay Method page.

10 Click the RED Refresh link to reload the page and the Pay by Credit Card button will become active. Click the button to proceed.

11. Your order is now completed and you will receive a confirmation number, and a confirmation email. You can also view your order by going to the Finances / Invoices link of the Members Lounge.
